At Essensia Beauty & Aesthetics, we are dedicated to providing every client with a professional, welcoming, and relaxing experience. To ensure the smooth running of our clinic and to maintain the highest standards of service, we ask all clients to familiarise themselves with the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy

• All appointments require a booking fee to secure your chosen treatment date and time. Booking fees are strictly non-refundable.

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate an alternative date or time, subject to availability.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellations or amendments.

• Failure to provide the required notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in the loss of your booking fee and you may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.

• Clients who fail to attend their appointment or repeatedly cancel within the 48-hour notice period may be restricted from making future bookings unless otherwise agreed by Essensia Beauty & Aesthetics.

• Any future booking payments made while an outstanding balance remains on your account may be applied towards that balance. Future appointments may be cancelled until any outstanding amounts have been settled in full.

Children & Guests

• For insurance, health and safety, and safeguarding reasons, Essensia Beauty & Aesthetics operates an adults-only policy.

• Children are not permitted within the clinic premises during appointments.

• We kindly ask that you arrange childcare before attending your appointment.

• If you arrive with a child, we may be unable to proceed with your treatment and your booking fee may be forfeited.

Age Verification

• Injectable treatments are only available to clients aged 18 years and over.

• We operate a Challenge 21 Policy. If you appear under the age of 21, you may be asked to provide valid photographic identification before treatment can proceed.

• Accepted forms of identification include a valid passport or government-issued photo ID.

• Failure to provide suitable identification when requested may result in your appointment being cancelled and your booking fee being retained.

Consultations & Medical Information

• A consultation must be completed prior to any treatment being carried out.

• Clients are required to provide accurate medical history, health information, and personal details to ensure treatments are safe and suitable.

• All information supplied will be treated as strictly confidential and managed in accordance with current data protection legislation, including GDPR requirements.

Payments

• A booking fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

• The remaining balance for your treatment is payable on the day of your appointment.

By making and securing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
